Sunday, August 9, 2015. For Fourth of July, we traveled to Indiana to visit the Wake and Dunkel sides of the family. Thursday, March 19, 2015. Food The kid loves it. For the past few weeks, Colton has been enjoying his 6-month-old self by trying out new foods. At first he was a little skeptical, but he still ate anything that was given to him. He caught on quickly and now devours whatever he is given. So far making baby food has been pretty easy. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Finally) Celebrating Our Anniversary! Brian and I are finally celebrating our one year anniversary! We were married on September 6th, 2013. Our actual anniversary was one of our first few days at home with Colton. Monday, August 25, 2014. 38 Weeks ( 4 Days). As of today I am 38 weeks and 4 days along. That means our due date is about a week and a half away! Thursday, July 16, 2015. Our wild little man is 10 months old! Colton is becoming such a big boy. He is the speediest crawler I've ever seen, and he loves to pull himself up so he is standing. He even took his first steps! Here are some more updates on our little man. Colton took his first steps! On July 9th he took a couple of little steps. Since then, he amazes us by walking a little bit each day. He is getting better and better at standing up by himself, especially when there are toys in his hands.

Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Fourth of July (Part 2). At the end of our Fourth of July vacation, we got to visit the Indianapolis Children's Museum. Colton had an awesome time! The museum had a lot of great activities for babies his age. I wish we had this museum in Des Moines! There was an awesome baby area for Colton and Baby Landon to enjoy. Landon posing for the camera.
