Did You Run Today? Friday, September 4, 2009. It's been forever since I posted on here! No time to explain why I've been away, but I have a pressing question. If anybody has some honest advice (which means don't worry about hurting my feelings) I could use it. I'm afraid I'm about to do something stupid! Here are the pros and cons:. It's a marathon. I've never done a marathon. I would love to be able to say I've done a marathon. It will snow the week after so that is the last running race of the season.

Did You Run Today? Saturday, February 28, 2009. I am thinking about doing a 10K on March 14th, just because it sounds like fun and my neighbor is doing it. Did You Run Today? Wednesday, April 29, 2009. I watched Biggest Loser tonight and have what might be a dumb question. What are they always wearing on their upper arms? Not a pedometer or iPod. Or if it's an iPod, they wear it all day long with no earbuds. Heart rate monitor? Body bugg, I think that's what it is called. They are all the rage at our gym now. Did You Run Today? Saturday, May 2, 2009. I ran my 5K this morning and it was the most fun I've had on a run! I am so proud of her and I had a great time being her pacer! She ran the whole time and didn't cuss me out at the end! She says she can't walk now, but between my pep talks and her stubbornness, she didn't quit.
