Thursday, 26 January 2012. The Spine Race 2012.an Epic Adventure! Checkpoint 3 ( Middleton-in-Teesdale ) to Checkpoint 4 ( Alston ) approx 44 miles. After a 2 hour power snooze I woke refreshed.
