Sunday, August 24, 2008. Team strangely asian does it again! And i geared up and successfully finished our second citychase race. While this year's race seemed tougher (and sometimes more annoying) than last year. We still had a great time. we haven't gotten the official results yet, but we did hit 10 chase points in somewhere around 5 hours and 57 minutes. Our goals were all pretty much the same as last year, but the order of importance changed slightly:. 3) don't break up. Now, on to the race itself:.

running on ice: May 2006
http://runningonice.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 30, 2006. I decided to go 3 instead of 4 today because.well.because i can. and i don't feel guilty, dammit. i have a good 3 weeks before my life is dictated by a training schedule again, and i'm going to enjoy it. I'm doing the jim gibbons 5k in a few weeks, but it doesn't call for a training schedule. it'll just be me enjoying a 3.1 mile run with a few hundred or thousand other people. i'm all tapped out for a while on the pressure to run as fast as i can thing. http://runningonice.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 28, 2006. I haven't been able to write this post until now because i've either been in denial or been too angry/sad to do it. My immediate reaction was, "oh i'll prove you wrong, dickhead.". Unfortunately, the asshole (ok, he's not really an asshole, but i never claimed that i stopped being angry) was right. i tried to run a 5k the saturday after i went to see him and barely finished. so that day was the end of my period of denial. I don't like attention. never have. never wil...Now t...
