Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Posted by kay elle @ 1:23 PM. Sunday, December 16, 2007. Feeling much less melancholy today. We had Cantata. Practice after church today and that's always good for a laugh. It's progressing quite well, but seeing how the performance is in two weeks it's still in the rough stages. I pride...

http://stapleittogether8.blogspot.com/2008/07/im-loser-baby-so-why-dont-you-kill-me.html
Tuesday, July 22, 2008. I'm a loser baby so why don't you kill me. What do you do when you get on the scale after two weeks of healthy eating and early morning exercise and STILL see no weight loss. I do not know what YOU do. Eat two tubs of weight watchers ice cream. Three WW toffee bars. Drink a big glass of cheap Pinot Gris. Feel sorry for myself. And refuse to workout the next morning. I think I managed to eradicate every mentally and physically healthy aspect of my life in about 12 hours. July 23, 2...

I have not read anyone's posts for two weeks but do endevor to remedy that by the weeks end. Inquiring minds want to know what is going on in blog land and how the donkey miles, piggy trails or rabbits speeding along are doing. Transitions seem to occur and I have missed reading her great posts also. Enjoy the day all and I will read and get caught up on the blogs shortly. Sunday, September 10, 2006.

My Running Journey
http://klafor.blogspot.com/2008/06/coach-is-killing-me.html
My journey through middle life running along with life itself! Thursday, June 05, 2008. Coach is killing me. Last night she had me do the dreaded doctervals. Doctervals are 8 x 200 with the goal to go all out but consistent pace. I need them in order to achieve my goal of a sub 5:15 mile this august. Splits were 34, 35,37, 36,35, 38, 38, 38. Not the fastest I have done but did manage to get sick after lap 6 and lap 8. At least I know I did it right then. Enjoy the day everyone. Posted by Kurt @ 7:11 PM.

My journey through middle life running along with life itself! Saturday, May 27, 2006. 3rd Time is not a charm. After having two good races in past weekends, I was all geared up and excited for the 10K today. I knew the course would be long gradual hills both up and down but felt confident in my ability to run between 41 and 41:30 1oK time. Enjoy the day everyone, I am having 2 beers and 1 chocolate bananna cheesecake tonight! Posted by Kurt @ 5:27 PM 6 comments. Friday, May 26, 2006. I have 3 days off a...

My Running Journey
http://klafor.blogspot.com/2008/06/yesterday-i-had-fun-filled-day-with-my.html
My journey through middle life running along with life itself! Monday, June 16, 2008. Yesterday I had a fun filled day with my youngest daughter Maddie and Marsha for fathers day. The day started off with my favorite race on Long Island, the Deputy Chief Ray Downey 5K who died in 9/11. This is. A big event with lots of things going on. This year was no different with over 1600 for the 5K and another 500 in the family fun runs. The only downer it was warm (84) and very humid (storms last night). It is bot...

Leave a Trail: Right on schedule
http://leavingtrails.blogspot.com/2008/02/right-on-schedule.html
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go, instead, where there is no path, and leave a trail. Monday, February 18, 2008. I didn't get my drink on on Friday. I had plans with the fiance, but he came home sick . kind of like the rest of the free world right now. They were even talking about the flu pandemic on the news this weekend. It's nuts. I'm just very worried about developing leg problems that prevent me from keeping up with this. How in the world do you motivate yourself to do weights?
