Running Northwest

Thursday, August 13, 2009. Or so I hope. It came as a huge blow to my not only my ability to run, but my running confidence. Running Northwest: The Best Mediocre Run Ever

http://runningnorthwest.blogspot.com/2009/08/best-mediocre-run-ever.html

Wednesday, August 5, 2009. The Best Mediocre Run Ever. So a few days ago I wrote about my worst run ever. Meant to be a 16 mile long run at an 8:30/mile pace it turned out to be a disasterous 14 mile jog featuring a 2 mile walk of shame and a sleepless night of agony. Running Noob

Sunday, June 7, 2009. Scroop and Freds Route. Did a nice little run with my father in law. He has a route that him and my brother in law use to run a few times a week. I loaded up "Map My Ride" (just used it as a run, it works both ways) on my iPhone and decided to map it. I have used my Nike Plus Sport Band for this run before but I did both this time. We actually don't start in front of the house we walk a few blocks then run to the end of a culdesac and start from there. Check out the map below. Doubl...

Norman's Running Blog. Blogging and rambling about jogging and running. Wimbledon Common Half Marathon. Today was the half marathon in the Wimbledon Common. I walked the first uphill because it was so congested and power hiking was just as fast as shuffling with all the runners in front of me. The water points ...
