Right now I’m enjoying the fall weather here in Raleigh and definitely looking forward to running in ice/snow free weather during winter time. Also looking forward to not digging my car out! So in the mean time, I have my ClassPass and my weekly short runs to help me keep in shape. I should say that I LOVE ClassPass! It has made a difference in my running because I can change up my routine. I usually go to barre, yoga, TRX, and spin at least 4-5 times a week. Definitely recommend! This entry was posted in Races. Mole gave me a bit of a scare last week; he couldn't seem to stand up or lay down without being in pain. Poor guy would yelp and fuss and whine.
