Tuesday, November 27, 2012. I've been on a self-imposed hiatus from blogging while I was dealing with some issues in my personal life. I just received notice on Sunday that my divorce is final so I feel comfortable starting up blogging again. A lot has changed in the last nine months. if you also follow my beer blog. So glad THAT week is behind me! I took it pretty easy this week too and, sadly, didn't manage to get out on the bike once. I haven't biked in a month! Monday - 3 miles (with D). Run Or die trying. One woman's quest to get fit, get healthy, and get smaller ta-tas. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Day 3 - C25K. Day 3 and the end of Week 1 on the program was actually yesterday but I never had time to post. It has been going well. I have been walking at a 3.5 mph pace and running at 4.5 mph.
