In reality, the actual temperatures in April were very similar to those in March, so maybe it was the dust that slowed me down. Of course, my advancing age could also be slowing me down. Temperatures ranged from 75 F (24 C) to 96 F (36 C). The average temperature was 88 F (31 C). This was only slightly warmer than in March. Running Data – March 2015. April 1, 2015. In running and life. July 16, 2012. My last-minute decision to run the Magnolia Meltdown in May paid off! My husband was running the 10K and I went to cheer him on and instead signed up to run the 5k. My thigh had been giving me trouble, but when I got up that morning I felt fine and decided to go for it. Besides it would have killed me to just watch! Lo and behold the odds were good!
