On Tuesday, June 14, I headed out to Busch Gardens (an amusement park) with my good friend, Tracy and her daughter Abigail and a friend, Alisa. Keeping up with the Gilreaths. Donald and Jan, Devin and Sarah, Delainey, Sallie, Jamie and Will, Jenna and Erik, Darin. Sunday, March 10, 2013. After more than a year away from blogging, I'm back! On Sunday, January 22, Donald was sustained as bishop during Ward Conference. All of our children were there except Darin who was still serving in El Salvador. It was a great day to be able to share with all of them. Donald's sister Ann and her husband, Terry, also came to the meeting. This Too Shall Pass.

Our oldest grandchild, Delainey, turned 3 in July. What a special addition she has been to our family! We all adore her (as well as Sallie) and we love that she's so talkative and fun to be with. Keeping up with the Gilreaths. Donald and Jan, Devin and Sarah, Delainey, Sallie, Jamie and Will, Jenna and Erik, Darin. Thursday, February 10, 2011. Since Devin and Sarah live right here in Raleigh, I don't usually get to do the "sleep over" experience. Devin had to go out of town for a couple of days and Sarah doesn't like being home alone at night so I got to go over and spend two nights. Thanks for letting me come and stay, Sarah. And Devin- feel free to travel whenever. :-). This Too Shall Pass.

I exercised every day this week and it's amazing how good it feels! I went to the gym four times and walked around the lake the two other days. Two of the days I went to the gym, I had to go in the afternoon because of my morning commitments. I always struggle when I have to exercise in the afternoon- but I did it! I don't know if she fell asleep because the bow slid down or having the bow across her eyes helped her to sleep, but she's darling anyway! Sunday, January 9, 2011. No prompting, just a sweet thank you. When I helped her with her ketchup, I got a "thank you so much for helping me, yaya! I could just eat her up!
