Looking at the spits, it is easy to see the uphill miles (1,2,7,8,13,14) and the downhills (3,6,9,12,15,18). The rest are relatively flat. Monday, August 30, 2010. A day of marathon training. On Saturday I was scheduled to for the more difficult of my two weekly quality training runs. The weather was not terrible. From what I remember, low 80s, dry, and sunny. Too warm to be ideal, but tolerable after two months of dealing with much worse. In the past I have occasionally wanted to keep a blog. This is it.
