Sunday, October 19, 2008. Gotta Love Colorful Colorado. So, we were lucky enough to get away up to the mountains a couple weekends ago and check out the leaves turning. I think we were a little early. We didn't see the bright reds but saw lots of amazing golds and brilliant yellows. We headed West up to Silver Plume, which is only about 45 minutes from where we are, and stopped to check stuff out. Friday, September 19, 2008. So Jack has started first grade. (Due to a bad memory card, I've lost lots of pictures. Including his first day of school. Big bummer.) Anyway, it's been an adjustment for everybody, but probably most for me. I have been seriously missing my little sidekick and buddy. On those walks. Wow its been awhile. Saturday, March 28, 2009. Wow its been awhile. Roommate drama is almost completly gone, , well i'm just not involved at all this time, its actually weird lauren, whom flat out told me she hates me is now acting like she wants to be my friend, she asked if she could be on my flag football team next semester, and we are going running together all the time. M&M Johnson Family Blog. Friday, October 16, 2009. Fun in Island Park. In the middle of July (2009), we took a short little family vacation and spent two days up in Island Park. Due to connections w/ a great friend, we had free lodging and enjoyed some of the local sights. After returning home, we asked the kids what their favorite part of the "trip" was and it was unanimous - "The see-saw that Dad built! Goes to show who needs money to have fun.only logs and flowers and such needed! Fun in Island Park.
