And on the seventh day I rested.  Day 7 was my day off and I really felt like I needed it for some rest and muscle regeneration. About doing them so you don't get discouraged.  I'm all for pushing myself but you've got to do it at the right pace in order to finish the workout. Tomorrow it's back to Sculpt.  I've been using the resistance bands, which work OK. Saturday, May 2, 2009. Power 90 Day 6. Friday, May 1, 2009.

Saturday, May 2, 2009. Power 90 Day 6. I am glad, however, that I made it through the first week without missing any workouts. My diet still leaves a lot to be desired but I have been drinking more water and have been better about not eating too late. May 2, 2009 at 11:28 PM.
