First “Wash”. Asymp; Leave a comment. This morning I “washed” my hair for the first time with the baking soda mix and the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) mix. The baking soda mix becomes like your shampoo and the ACV like your conditioner. After a week of gradually greasier and greasier hair and only “washing” it with water, I am very pleased with how today’s wash turned out. For anyone else interested here is the mix I used today. 2 tablespoons baking soda. Mix together until you have a thick consistency.

Asymp; Leave a comment. It has been several weeks that I have been going shampoo-free. I am LOVING it! My hair is so soft and I don’t have to wash it nearly as often. I wash it every 5-6 days, which is double from every 2-3 days. It is also definitely lightening up. Here is a photo from my 30th birthday party. Not the best photo to be looking at my hair, but I couldn’t resist posting it :). Now for some more tips. It may take a while to come out, but the results are silky smooth hair! Larr; Previous post.

Saturday, December 10, 2011. My year at Teen Mania. My older sister, Jennifer, went on four mission trips with Global Expeditions, and then when I turned 14, I went to Peru with them. This trip only encouraged my desire to be an intern at the Honor Academy after high-school. As soon as I graduated from high-school, I was off to be that intern with Teen Mania. It was exciting, it was horrifying, liberating. What else would moving out be? My life at the HA (Honor Academy) was never dull! 1 John 1:9 (NASB).
