Solar Forecast Report (Discontinued Sept. 2016). Beginning with the April 2004 report, MSAFE was re-initialized from the April 2000 smoothed sunspot maximum. Beginning with the Nov. 2007 report, MSAFE was re-initialized from the Cycle 23 27-month smoothed maximum (April 2001).
