Welcome to Sailing 2 Rio. S2R è un progetto sportivo originale, che vuole dare l’opportunità ad atleti sardi giovanissimi, ma che già rappresentano il futuro della vela olimpica in Italia, di poter competere ai più alti livelli della disciplina. L’ambizione è qualificarsi come atleti della Vela in rappresentanza dell’Italia ai prossimi Giochi Olimpici che si disputeranno a Rio de Janeiro nel 2016 e possibilmente competere per una medaglia. Pensate che non siamo grandi? 2015 Here we come…. Chi crede in noi.

Monday, 1 June 2015. Hello everybody, Malubemae is on the Rio Dulce,. We have reached the bridge over the river which at the same time is a border control point. There are not too many boats here, but still enough boaties to talk to. A lot are out of the water already, so everybody has repairs to do just like us, I will. Put the boat on the dry as well, just don't know when yet,. Have to find the spare parts for the repairs maybe first! Very strange sailing after months at sea. Monday, 30 March 2015.

Wednesday, 12 August 2015. 13th August - 2XS at Arborek Island (Papua, Raja Ampat). Pete, and 2XS, are still anchored off Arborek Island. He is doing some more dives with José; I think his sore leg, with the aid of nurofen, is much better. Or I hope it is…).
