剛過完年後的開元港有點冷清，港口內有幾盞昏暗的燈光，安安靜靜，農曆初八了，天氣有點冷，過年的氣氛都沒有了，我從潮濕的船艙內爬到碼頭上，真好！又踏上土地，而且回到台灣了。周大哥非常熱心的幫我的船繫好纜繩後再帶我到海巡署辦公室報到，這還是我第一次見到周大哥，我帶著所有的文件還有護照，然後又向海巡隊員把我的故事講了一遍，填寫了一些表格。周大哥安排我在他經營的飯店內洗個舒服的熱水澡，在吃飯前我打了通電話回家報平安，接著狠狠的吃了四碗飯，唉！還是陸地上的食物好吃，感謝周大哥的招待，接著我們聊了很多有關航海的事情。偶爾有些外國人因為某些原因會駕著帆船來到開元港，通常這些帆船都是來往菲律賓及日本，蘭嶼剛好是個中途站，這時候周大哥都會主動出面幫忙這些外國來的水手在蘭嶼作短暫的停留，還講了一些故事給我聽。 12300;ㄟ高先生，我們的上級長官剛才通知我，要求你只能留在船上不可以四處亂跑…」海巡署那位年輕的所長突然跟鬼一樣出現在旁邊，向我解釋著因為我還沒有正式的入境台灣，有些檢疫的問題，所以必須請我回去留在船上。只是因為好奇，決定冒險穿越墾丁到七星岩的這塊海域，不過這個該死的決定讓我拼命了...12300;哇&#65...
