The original route of the 1914. Expedition started in Southampton, and sailed, via Falmouth briefly, out across the Atlantic. The following places were then visited (with quite a few smaller stops in between):. Bahia (de Todos os Santos),. Porto Bello Bay,. Easter Island - Rapa Nui. The plan for the 2014 expedition is to follow this route from start to finish.
