I always love to deep fry prawn crackers during Chinese New Year.When you deep fry it,in only a few seconds they will expand into a huge crackers.If you don't have prawn in your kitchen,you can always use sweet potato for the same recipe.The ingredients is very simple and easy to make.Try making your own Malaysian style sweet potato crackers during this summer. 200g -250g sweet potato.
