Sally Ann is based in Weymouth Dorset. Plaice are caught drifting the banks from spring until late in the year. Light rods are suitable and baits are generally worms tipped with squid or prawn and traces decorated with a variety of attractors including beads and spoons. Turbot and brill can be caught drifting the banks with live sandeel or cut fish baits on long traces. Tackle does not need to be heavy. Sally Ann is moored in Weymouth. Sally Ann is moored on the pontoons alongside Commercial Road between St Albans Street and West Street. Parking is available in Cosens Quay car park right next to the boat but ask me for a parking permit as the machine allows you to park for just 5 hours. Postcode for the car park is DT48AQ. Alternatively you can probably find free parking off street away from the harbour. Call my mobile if you are lost.
