Måndag 24 juni 2013. Så, nu är frun ute på sitt andra jobbpass. Hon jobbar 7dar och är hemma 7dar. Jag var hemma tre månader med Karl, då tyckte jag att det var fullt upp. Ack så fel jag hade, Det är fullt upp med 2 små barn! Men jag har lärt mig att man(jag) måste planera som 17. Mat, kläder, städ, tvätt. Jag njuter av fotbollen nu, IFK Göteborg leder allsvenska och Grebbestad IF leder Div III. Bra! Jag har kollat på 2 matcher iår. Och GIF lirar väldigt fint. Och nu har dom ju en klack med, GIF Ultras!

کوتاه در باره پایه طرح حرکت آهنگین در تئاتر. در این طراحی من 3 فاکتور را اساس قرار داده ام:. ادغام حرکت موزون هماهنگ با موسیقی با حرکت موزون خلاف جریان موسیقی. ادغام تصویر سازی مفاهیم انتزاعی با تصویر سازی عادی نمایش. ترکیبی از حرکت و موسیقی با در نظر گرفتن 3 المان بالا پایه هر طراحی حرکت به این شیوه است. حرکت های موزون هم طبق تمرین های dance و یوگا در کنار ثانیه هایی که برای طراحی بداهه و بر اساس الهام در نظر گرفته شده، مرحله به مرحله ساخته می شود. من یک چتر دارم، یک گل. پایان می تواند یک خواب باشد.
