As an administrator, I would promote use of technology within the classroom first, getting feedback on the tools needed by the teachers and staff, secondly, by learning the tools myself and demonstrating how exciting it is to be on the cutting edge of what our students are most likely being exposed to; and third, by providing training and follow-up.
