You know that moment when you realise you've let yourself down and it's costly? At that moment, I remembered back to what the core values are of Universal. All of a sudden, Hair Cooperative. I tend to be quite fanatical about target markets. So fanatical in fact, that I use it to shut down conversation. "Nup, not interested. Not our target market". We are always looking for the bullseye, the magic bullet, the rocket to the stratosphere. But for some reason, we place all our hopes on just one idea. I'm a firm believer of statistics and probability. My parents still remind me to this day about something I said as a kid. "I can't imagine a day without maths". And it's true! Be good at darts.
