Friday, July 24, 2015. In the weeks since we've returned from Colorado we've managed to stay somewhat busy. We went to the beach town of Ventura and to the Mission San Bueanaventura for Teresas class. Then we went to the beach. It was a fun day. The monument to Lord Baden Powell. It was insanely windy on Baldy. Nearly windy enough to knock me over. Fun hike though. We've also been helping Teresa get her room ready for school to start. View from our back door. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Adding to the List. Last week Grandpa and Grandma Cheney came out to visit us. They showed up on Wednesday. I put them to work. Dad helped me remove a pair of 24 year old bathroom lighting fixtures and a pair of 24 year old bathroom faucets. It only took 4 trips to Lowes! I didn't take any before pictures (oops) but here are some details of what we finished up the first day. Madre also sewed our bedroom curtains to black out panels! It was a really nice week.
