Heat 1tbs of ghee or oil.saute finely chopped onion. add ginger garlic paste.add green chilly paste.now add two finely chopped tomatoes.stir well.when oil seprates add turmaric pwd , red chilly pwd,dhania jeerapwd.add sabut moong about 1cup.add requaired quantity of water.stir well.add salt n garam masala.pressure cook it in cooker.when it done add some malai or cream.serve with paratha or rice.
