Skip to search - Accesskey = s. All my bags are packed…. By Ian Cundell on 1 March, 2015. 8230;and when I say ‘all’ I mean all, from my venerable Karrimor Jaguar rucksack to my dad’s suitcase from when he was a commercial driver and on to a tartan thing that really shouldn’t be seen in public and which, save for some unexpected extra stuff, would have been quietly shuffled off to a charity shop. Here is some stuff I’ve discovered:. That you have much, much more stuff than you think you do;. That, when ha...

Pike's Quest: Perception
http://pikesquest.blogspot.com/2012/07/perception.html
Sunday, 1 July 2012. Let me tell you about Sara Viti. First of all, I don't know her, but we made contact via Goodreads. For those who don't know, Goodreads is a reading and writing community with more than nine-million members world wide. Any budding authors really ought to join - most of the early reviews for Pike's Quest. Emanated from the Goodreads community. Up until now my reviewers have, in the main, been on the upper side of thirty-years old (in some cases I am generously underestimating, here!

Pike's Quest: August 2012
http://pikesquest.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 29 August 2012. Learning from one's mistakes. OK, I haven't posted here for a while. Pike is undergoing a makeover at the moment. My original cover was the subject of some derision, and when I held a printed copy in my hand I had to agree that it could be better. I changed it to the now familiar "Pike nose-to nose with Horse" version and went ahead and published the paperback version. Sales have been slow. VERY slow. When my own sister read the book she said words to the effect of:.

A tents situation developing at Loncon. Thanks for looking - Dave. It was a gre...

Dave Weaver: My Writing Summer So Far
http://daveweaver-unreal.blogspot.com/2015/07/my-writing-summer-so-far.html
My Writing Summer So Far. I often think giving random people a report of what you've been up to for the last couple of months and expecting them to be in anyway interested is the sort of mind-bogglingly self-centred thing only a writer would think to do. so here's mine. See you soon, have a great summer. 9 July 2015 at 02:48. Very interesting stuff, Dave. I too have a Q and A with a book club next month. So, Im encouraged to hear that its survivable. Best of luck, your mate, Paul. A Little About Me.
