August 10, 2015. August 10, 2015. Tonight’s meal used a lot of produce from the allotment and as it was sooooo delicious I’m blogging the recipe to remember for next time. Sweat a chopped onion and garlic ( both home grown) in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Add chopped potatoes (home grown first earlies. Chopped into same sized cubes);. Add garam masala, turmeric, ginger, powdered garlic… Think that was all. Cook for approx. 5 minutes. 5 clean bowls so obviously delicious! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

In a Pyrex dish place a layer of curly kale (can you tell what we have extra of? In a frying pan cook tomatos and garlic and bacon. While the tomatoes etc are cooking slice potatos thinly.
