Monday, November 25, 2013. It has been…two weeks ….14 days since surgery. Whewwww! Today’s appointment was with the Oncologist (‘O’). I saw him once before my surgery, so this was our second meeting. He had all the surgery pathology reports and we talked about them. It was the same information I went over with the surgeon last week, but his interest was in the biology of it all….deciding what my next step would be based on MY tumor makeup. I had expected to be over this soreness by now…but my docto...

Wednesday, January 22, 2014. I finished treatment #33 this morning! I'm beyond thrilled.happy.grateful. When I started my treatment I thought treatment #33 was years away.haaaa.that is how it felt. But, now looking back.it seems like it went quickly. I guess I can say I got in the 'zone'. I met some interesting people in the .inner sanctum.inner waiting room! I have a few bits of information to share regarding my journey. I traveled 2,331 miles to doctor appointments and radiation therapy.

Tuesday, August 5, 2014. 3 Month Radiologist Appointment. This was a quick appointment. Nurse did her thing, vitals etc. Doctor came in and asked the normal questions. Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Sleep study was very interesting. I arrived at my appointment at 8:30 pm. Super nice technician took me back and showed me the room I would be sleeping in. It took him about 40 minutes to get me hooked up. Leads in my hair, legs, chest, forehead and jaw. There was also two nasal cannulas one for breathing in and one for breathing out. I had an elastic belt under my arms and another around my waist. All the leads were hooked into these belts. All hooked up.ready for dreamland.

Friday, August 16, 2013. As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,. I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade. I saw a wondrous image then of a place that's trouble-free. Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity. I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side. Were meadows rich and beautiful - lush and green and wide! And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see. Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be!
