My dad is being awesome, yet again and although I have a good 4 weeks of therapy ahead, soon enough I will be back up and running. I will follow-up again with the rehab progress. Despite a bit of Googling, I can't seem to find a link to the open water swim I did yesterday. It was held in Amelia Island, just north of Jacksonville, FL and featured a mile swim for the sane and a 5k swim for the crazies. Got a voice mail saying "hey, I'm doing this 5k and you should come too, we will use it as a baseline for the winter, come on, it will be fun! And in Florida August.
