Seared Duck Breast with Pears in Red Wine. 2 cups of your favorite red wine. 10 black pepper cornsA little orange and lemon zest. 9oz chicken stock or demi glace. 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar. Frac12; cup of your favorite red wine. 2 Tbsp corn starch. Directions for the Pears:. Peel the pears and take out the seeds. Cut the pears in half and place into the pot; cover the pears with wine. Add the black pepper, orange and lemon zest. Cook on medium high for 20-25 minutes. Directions for the Sauce:.

Saturday, February 21, 2015. I have been researching some alternative/natural methods of relieving inflammation and arthritis pain. There are lots of foods that are naturally good for that. I am going to incorporate those into my diet more. Also ginger and turmeric are very good too. I have found several recipes to get these added to my diet as well.
