Monday, March 15, 2010. Latest News: Fly fishing the San Juan River. As of now, the water is clear and the river looks great after the spring flush. In addition to the usual midge hatches, the San Juan River is seeing Blue Winged Olives (Baetis) and evening Caddis hatches on the Lower River.
