PINOT GRIGIO VENEZIA DOC. Following the harvest, the grapes are pressed without being crushed, the must begins a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees to preserve the aromas. After fermentation, the wine rests in steel for several months. Straw yellow color, notes of fresh fruit, in particular pear. The structure and softness make Pinot Grigio a harmonious and minerality wine. Pinot Grigio pairs with light appetizers, soups, risotto with herbs and seafood, also with white meat.

Characteristic and intensely fruity with notes of cherry and blackberry. Dry, and slightly tannic. Ripe cherry and berry, balanced by nice acidity. Pasta with meat sauce, roasts, red meats and game. Vinified at a controlled temperature of 28 C and 2-3 weeks of maceration. After racking, the wine ages for about 12 months in oak casks. 2-3 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
