So, after lots of tears, and prayers, etc. The bank came back with a counter offer for us on this place. We still loved it, and said "Yes, thank you! We signed the contract today. After working with our loan people and Realtor, we have the highest of hopes that everything will work out and this place will be ours is just a few short weeks! I love that it has a garage! I am so happy for you!

I pulled out a cute navy pair of capris I found at the thrift store last fall for a good price. Current Exercise and Weight Loss Goals. Monday, May 3, 2010. Flying Pig Half-Marathon 2010. Yesterday I ran the Flying Pig Half with Mikayla. We got downtown in the pouring rain and prayed that we wouldn't have a delay because of the lightning. Our feet were soaked through in the first mile and we ran using garbage bags as ponchos until about mile 2. Luckily, the rain eased up and we ran in sprinkling rain until the end.
