I’ve been so busy enjoying my holidays that I have backdated updates. I feel no point in rambling on about things that happen 2 months ago just to make up up for the lack of posts, hence I will just continue where I left off. It was a 2 hour ferry ride and another 45mins by car before we reached the beach where we took a 10 minute boat ride out to the Kelong!

Life is funny this way. It’s my birthday. Asymp; Leave a comment. Over the weekend, I turned 23! I kinda hate the sound of turning a prime number – somehow it just sounds older than normal. On Friday, we had a family dinner, together with grandma and grandpa! It’s not often that we head out to eat as a family cos my grandma has been cooking for us since we were little. Friday was supposed to be a birthday dinner cum farewell dinner for me and my brother respectively. We took the bus, then the train.

Life on the Hill. Snow didn’t stop play! The snow was certainly deep and crisp and even this morning. Last night’s footprint evidence of the walk round the garden with the dogs had disappeared and there were no hoofprints to be seen in the field. However various sizes of bird had ventured out in the cold wind and snow over night: judging by the depth of their footprints they must have been up to their knees!
