Who can Osteopathy help? Whilst we are unable to turn back the clock, ostoepathy can help to reduce pain and keep you active. Do not accept that it is ‘just your age’! Whether you are an amateur athlete or an elite professional, the important factor when you get a sports injury, is that you can continue to train.
