I usually make this dish with skirt steak but this time I tried it with pork tenderloin and we loved it. 1 Container of cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 Shallot, sliced. 3 cups chicken broth. 3/4 cup quick cooking polenta (yellow corn meal). 1 cup balsamic vinegar. I must say, homemade ice cream is awesome and easy! I don't know why I would ever buy store bought again. He also got me the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Cookbook. Tonight, we had her Sticky Ribs. We used spare ribs instead of baby back ribs, but either way it was soooo good! If you try them, let me know! 1 slab pork baby back ribs. BBQ sauce of choice. Combine rub ingredients in small bowl, mix well. Rub all over both sides of meat. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
