Friday, July 30, 2010. As I began this scribble on Thursday - with a jacked back - I was in a reclining chair, feet-up, Motrin working well. Thankfully. Friday, November 19, 2010. Fter nearly 27% of this blog's 3.75 readers said "I miss your blog", I have decided to. Wander back from being on scribblers’ hiatus. Or something. I even got back on the bike after only 2 rides since September 29th. The meager 25 miles on Monday netted predictably pathetic stats, a complaining butt, a sore left knee, and a somewhat happier disposition. Mostly. That's not what today's post is about however.
