Keeping an Eye On. The Traffic Bridge. City Council (2009-2012) has approved the deconstruction of the bridge and replacement with a new look-alike traffic bridge to accommodate cars, buses and pedestrians. There are still efforts to see about the retention of a new structure restricted to pedestrian traffic only or a combination of pedestrian/public transit. Our historic schools.
