On the date of hearing of my AB informant was made OP earlier but didn't turned up though the Notice was served and court has the proof of delivery of the notice. The HC Judge gave date after a week for final order but no protection has been given to me. So I have written a letter to JM Court with a copy to IO requesting for 15 days time.
