2012 Financial Fast: Week #5 Challenge-Financial Accountability
http://ourfinancialfast.blogspot.com/2012/02/week-5-challenge.html
Monday, February 6, 2012. Week #5 Challenge-Financial Accountability. Financial matters can cause serious danger in marriages if not dealt with properly. Many couples are unable to have conversations regarding their financial status. As adults we often feel as though we should be able to spend OUR money when and however we want. But we must remember that everything we have belong to God and He is expecting us to make good decisions with what he has given us, which includes our finances. Not Made Of Money.

2012 Financial Fast: Week #6 Challenge
http://ourfinancialfast.blogspot.com/2012/02/week-6-challenge.html
Monday, February 13, 2012. Have you noticed the price of food lately? Everything is going up, slowly but surely. Also with the lack of rain in various portions of the country, more increases are anticipated in the food industry as a whole. If you are like me, I can't afford to keep paying these higher prices. So something is going to have to be removed from my list. So our challenge for week #6 is the cut our grocery budget by 15%! For my menu planning and shopping list. It works great. 4 Make a shopping...

Monday, February 21, 2011. Final Week #8-Decisions, Decisions. Well, here we are at the last week of the Financial Fast. Those of us that "stuck it out" are hopefully better financially now than we were just 8 weeks ago. This week you must decide your future. Ask yourself the following questions:. 1 Do I want to continue to live paycheck to paycheck for the next 10 years? 2 Do I want to own an expensive car and rent an apartment? 5 Will I continue to remain "disconnected" with my spending and my debt?

Average Everyday Super Woman: December 2010

Tuesday, December 14, 2010. It is SO. FLIPPING. COLD. Seriously, my teeth are chattering right now. And I'm sitting in my kitchen fully dressed with the thermostat set at 70 degrees. I'm not gonna lie: IT SUCKS. And I've lived in Wisconsin - aka: The Frozen Tundra - my entire 36 years, so you'd think I'd be hardened to the frigid cold winters that last a solid five to six months by now. Yeah Not so much. As I sit here freezing my arse off, all I can think is ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This shit is ridiculous!

Thursday, May 27, 2010. I had to go in last Wednesday and again yesterday for follow-up blood tests to make sure my hcG level is dropping to reflect a completed miscarriage. It was 193 last week, and fell to 11.4 yesterday. Hopefully this means I'll be at 0 for next week's blood test. I feel like we've spent so ooooo. Things will be okay. Each day that passes will get me closer to where I want to be. I am holding onto that. With greatest hope,. Links to this post. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. So much Super Man.

Wednesday, July 21, 2010. I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy today. Super Man's older sister, her three grown sons and my mother- and father-in-law are currently in Italy. My sister-in-law has been on Facebook posting pictures and status updates daily, and just seeing the beautiful pictures and reading her joyful updates warms my heart. I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but in case I haven't, Super Man's family is 100% Italian. My father-in-law was born in the U.S. ( his. Still, though. The thought of...

Friday, November 5, 2010. Guess who has a sinus infection now? Are you kidding me. I called my OB-GYN's office Monday to see if I should come in. The nurse called me back and told me to give it a few more days, since it hadn't been a full week yet. I hung in there another two days, but by Wednesday, I knew things weren't on the upswing, so I called again and they squeezed me in in the afternoon. Funny thing, I thought back to when we heard Super Boy's heartbeat for the first time, and I remember being so...
