Soooo Excited I couldn't even sleep! The 2 Boy AND 2 Girl Grandies (Grand Nieces and Nephews) are coming over today to go with us to the Trunk-Or-Treat . Games and a costume parade and face painting and a Chili Cook-off, then Trunk-Or-Treating! Lol - I've been typing for almost 40 years. I've had this phone for maybe two. Having problems lately with exclamation key issues. and I use the exclamation key a LOT! The darn thing kept disappearing and a Capital A was in it's place! Anyways, finally figured out it's because I want to Shift A instead of Shift 1 now. Check out your phone and you'll see why. lol! Simple Pleasures, for Simple Minds. I found the world's bestest pens today - in a back-to-school pack - AND they were on SALE for $4.95! 495 I'm telling ya! Um, WHY did I just hear my mother's voice saying, "Simple pleasures for Simple minds"? I was SO excited I almost did a happy dance right there in the Costco aisle. Jamee was with me so I controlled myself and just grabbed her arm and shook a little bit.Is there such a thing as shaken-adult-child-syndrome? It's been a HAPPY day for me!

Oh Joy of Joys . I "get" to re-do the nerve test! In case you've never had this never-to-be-forgotten experience, that's the test where the Dr. says, "Here, sit in my chair while I put 6-inch long needles in your forearm that will cause your entire hand to feel as if it's being engulfed in a ball of fire. Isn't it ironic how sometimes you have an amazing Spiritual/Emotional week at the same time you're having difficulties Physically/Temporally? Then other weeks you're doing great Physically/Temporally, but you're having difficulties with Spiritual/Emotional issues? Well this week has been AMAZING on the mood side, but not so hot on the Physical side. On the good side - all this physical exercise has increased my grip strength in my right arm to a 90 today! Oh, mornings how I would love thee SO much better – if you could only just start out a little later in the day! Today we needed both vehicles, so I got the distinct pleasure of driving my husband to work - at 5:30 in the morning - so I could have his car. Impressions of General Conference. Pres Thornock once challenged us to get the most out of any talk by praying for guidance so that we would be inspired to think of one thing that we should start doing that we haven’t been doing, and one thing we have been doing that we should stop doing. 8211; we need to continue to strive to have family scripture study and prayer… even when SOME of us grumble, moan, groan, complain and grouch – me included! I need to be a better example of obedience to my children!
