About Muldoon and Scenic Foothills - I Love Muldoon and Scenic Foothills, neighborhoods around Muldoon Road in East Anchorage, Alaska

I love Muldoon from the curve to the swerve in East Anchorage, Alaska. Our part of town was mostly spruce forest when Anchorage pioneer homesteader Arnold L. Muldoon backpacked building materials along a muddy trail that became Muldoon Road. He put up a log cabin in the winter of 1940-1941. The last piece of his homestead is now a forested park with a fitness course across Northern Lights Boulevard from Carr's-Muldoon. And Northeast Community Council.
