Unending Adventure!: November 2008
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
November 3, 2008. Reflection of a Skull. A young Rwandan man once inh. Gly cut short at the hands of Hutu rebels. He. Was slaughtered to death by machete in the 1994 gen. Nearly 1,000,000 lives in a matter of 100 days. The breath of his life vanished without notice. Now, only his skull remains as a testament to his existence. I find myself called to live in stronger connection with the Divine by holding a heightened awareness of the breath of life within me. My mind’s scattered and convoluted t...

Unending Adventure!: August 2008
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
August 25, 2008. It is a place I’ve never been. It is a place where I have only one personal friend. It is a place I rarely think of. I envision an Africa of opportunity. I envision the West investing money in entrepreneurial ventures throughout the continent. I envision economic development bringing prosperity, which may be defined as simply having three meals per day. And, just maybe, this love can be shared over three meals per day with all Africans. This is my dream! The Escape of Certainty. It was t...

Unending Adventure!: Relational Gateways
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2008/12/relational-gateways.html
December 4, 2008. I’m often not. Upon accepting that life is founded on relationships, we must assess our lives to see if we are living out such a belief. We must become completely relationally minded. Our actions should be guided by our desire for loving relationships. If we wish to be loved, we must love. This law of nature must be adhered to. Is your life guided by the desire to have sincere relationships? You are finding the true meaning for life as Christ wanted us to understand. Semester at Sea Blog.

Unending Adventure!: The Lessers
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2009/08/lessers.html
August 20, 2009. Society contends that I am of greater value because of my nationality, educational background, socio-economic class level, and the experiences I’ve had around the world. The poor and uneducated individuals living all around me and earning less than two dollars a day are labeled as individuals of lesser importance. I refute this. As I’ve come to understand, these individuals are some of life’s greatest teachers. Do they know this? You might becoming prophetic! August 21, 2009 at 5:18 PM.

Unending Adventure!: The Beauty of Nothingness
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2009/04/beauty-of-nothingness.html
April 30, 2009. The Beauty of Nothingness. There can only be “something” because of the “nothing” that exists beneath it. The couch in your living room can only exist because of the empty space that comes before it. Your good friend is only able to exist because of the “nothingness” that was prior. The song you listen to can be heard only because of the silence that is underneath it. May 14, 2009 at 7:11 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Unending Adventure!: A Benny Hinn Experience... Uganda Style!
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2009/06/benny-hinn-experience-uganda-style.html
June 7, 2009. A Benny Hinn Experience. Uganda Style! Benny Hinn was an interesting experience. We came in late but just before he took the stage. There were a few open seats on the back row of the 6,000-seat church auditorium, so we took those. Shortly after he took the stage, it became the typical Benny Hinn style service that you are surely envisioning. You act like working for the Kingdom is easy work. It's not easy to work for the Lord! Benny then turned back to the cameras, saying, "I came here to t...

Unending Adventure!: February 2008
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
February 13, 2008. Begin by realizing that life is not monotonous. It is your mind that creates such. Life is always changing in nearly all facets. We simply miss most of this. We place a level of relativity on these changes, causing us to minimize and ignore many of them. Change must come to this way of thinking! Wonderful things are happening each day that slip directly past our awareness. While seeing the day through a different set of lens, you will also bring change to the day. The “normal...Living ...

Unending Adventure!: April 2008
http://trackschooley.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
April 30, 2008. Journaled: 4.26.08. Stepping to check the air of a tire, our minibus driver indicated a flat to the group of 13 foreign passengers. The seven-hour journey had already taken us through rugged terrain and unending switchbacks. Our legs were cramped, and our minds were tired as we were nearing the end of our arduous. Ride If only we knew what was to come…. The driver hopped bac. K into the extended van and guided it to a small, street-side repair shop. As cars zipped by on. He took out his w...
