Make a Sound: July 2012
http://vincentsmakeasound.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 29, 2012. Blessed are those who mourn. One of the things that people have said a lot to me this year is, "It must be really hard to grieve with your children." And yes, it is very hard. There are two reasons for this. 1 Every day you have to get up out of the depths of despair and awake to the reality that there are wonderful and amazing little people who depend on you no matter what your emotional state is. So how do you do it? A new red dresser, as Boston requested for himself. And as for ...

Make a Sound: November 2012
http://vincentsmakeasound.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 29, 2012. I am so thankful for how I know Jesus this year. Yet I am so broken and sad over how that came to be. However, I will not let the enemy take this season from me. I will go on thankful for the baby who did come on Christmas, the one who can actually make it all better. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who. Have been called according to his purpose.". Posted by Mama Vincent. Sunday, November 25, 2012. Santa at "The North Pole". Yester...

Make a Sound: Kiddos
http://vincentsmakeasound.blogspot.com/p/kiddos.html
Wall Mural of each day (as you can see, Boston did some scribbling on our days). This works well if you split it up into 2 days a week! Then you can get fun activities in with them and it's not overwhelming! Day 1: Light and Darkness -Marco Polo. Day 2: Water and Sky -Play in the rain or sprinkler, go to a water park. Day 3: Dry Land and Plants- Go for a hike or a playground in the forest. Day 5: Birds and Fish -Eat goldfish, go fishing, or go to the aquarium. Color rock and write Acts 7 on it.

Make a Sound: Winter Reading
http://vincentsmakeasound.blogspot.com/2013/01/winter-reading.html
Sunday, January 6, 2013. As you may already know, I am pretty obsessed with every book about heaven. My friend lent me this one because she knew that! It's from the perspective of a doctor who has a near death experience. A science meets faith perspective. It wasn't my favorite heaven book thus far but it was an interesting read. I absolutely love Shauna Neiquist. She is right up there in the best girlfriends I want to have category with Beth Moore! This book is amazing! Posted by Mama Vincent.

Make a Sound: The latest in home projects
http://vincentsmakeasound.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-latest-in-home-projects.html
Sunday, January 6, 2013. The latest in home projects. I made these pillows for each of the boys for Christmas. They each received new bedding this year and I made these pillows to match it for them to read on. They have since created a little reading nook in which they read on them every night! Now this project has been one I have wanted to do for years! I found these chairs on huge markdown at an antique store. Erin painted Jack and Boston's nicknames with pictures on them for me.
