Science, The Big Bang: Reading Styles

http://sciencethebigbang.blogspot.com/2011/11/reading-styles.html

Science, The Big Bang. Monday, November 21, 2011. This student was extremely glad to read this content paper about matching reading styles with the learner. My daughter is a kinesthetic learner and does well when problems are placed in front of her. her reasoning capabilites are solid and she reasons out good judgement and decisions with ease. She does not like to be forced to read the cereal box. Science, The Big Bang. November 21, 2011 at 4:09 PM. I loved SRA too! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Science, The Big Bang: May 2011

http://sciencethebigbang.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html

Science, The Big Bang. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. I was introduced to SMART boards through my children's technology teacher. The projects were designed for third graders learning subjects, nouns, predicates and action verbs. The teacher would ask for correct placement. At the time the thought of diagraming sentences came to mind. Now that I have observed the functionality of the SMART board and interaction in the classroom, I wish I had the capabilities to write programs for the SMART board.

There are so very many that the tree has split into that the canopy is like the rainforest. One seed grew a tremendous tree, one atom exploded to produce thousands of ideas, one molecule joined forces to grow thousands of ideas. Teaching is the Van der Walls forces keeping the knowledge pieces together. Science, The Big Bang. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. The Big Bang Theory. Love to...

Science, The Big Bang. Friday, April 29, 2011. Webcast was interesting. Needed a little more teacher intervention. Engagingly describes a compelling question or problem. A question or problem is described. The purpose of the WebQuest is unclear. Task is doable and engaging, and is connected to learning in the real world. It elicits thinking that goes beyond rote comprehension. The task is doable and elicits higher order thinking but is not relevant to students lives. Webquest begins with a formative asse...

Science, The Big Bang: Double Entry #14

http://sciencethebigbang.blogspot.com/2011/11/double-entry-14.html

Science, The Big Bang. Monday, November 21, 2011. What are some challenges to inquiry approaches to learning? One of the biggest hurdle this student can visualize is the instructor must feel good about themselves and their knowledge base in order to cultivate and encourage inquiry based learning. If the teacher doesn’t really know the subject, then the project will not be as affective. The effectiveness of the educator is the educators understanding of the topic. What are the benefits of group work?
