Sunday, April 13, 2014. I can't help but think when I was reading this story of my own grandmother. My grandmother had a stepmother just like Kitty, Bridget, and Anne did. But I never heard of my grandmother's family needing to leave the house because a new wife was coming in. They didn't like her as Kitty and her sisters didn't. But they left as as soon as they could. Saturday, March 14, 2015. I like this story. Pretty simple,quirky, and fun. I never read a story that was mainly emails and letters. Oh yeah IM's too when you don't think others can read your messages because you forgot it's not private on a school computer. Was surprised that it worked out as smooth as it did. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. Always heard about this book. Never got to read it. In honor of one of my book friends that recently passed away, I thought I would read it. Since it is the season and all plus she sent me this book for my birthday. Very interesting story it is. Not your typical holiday story. I think my favorite characters were Molly and Theo, and Tuck. Maybe for good measure Roberto, the fruit bat (that could speak? Tuck he grew on you. Just because I felt it didn't need extra storyline.

Sunday, November 30, 2014. The Four Corners of the Sky. I liked the story. But I must say it was awfully hard to get on with it. Oh my, it took forever just for the story to move on. Sadly I had to wait til at least a 100 pages for it to get intresting. I always say there is someone out there for everyone. Wednesday, February 05, 2014. I was very much pleased with To The Nines. I was starting to think someone has lost their edge. Finally the series gets back to being funny. Stephanie has her quirkiness back. The sex/love tension between Morelli and Ranger always a nice item to read. Oh to have the problems that Step has with those two. LOL! Wasn't sure about the story but said what the heck never read anything from this author anyway. But not so fast. As Maggie got to know Sam the chef, she also learned about Chinese cuisine, Chinese culture. Sam wanted the old world cooking. Even the tools were no longer available. Modern and clean.
