Life of a Goddess. Tuesday, March 25, 2008. 3/4 block of cheddar cheese Shredded. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Melt butter in 9x13 pan, we use glass, it sets better. Take pan out of oven and pour into bowl of ingredients. Don't. Scrape the butter out of pan, you will need it in the pan too. (It acts as a non-stick coating.). Now eat and enjoy, warning that its not a doctors favorite and healthy choice but ITs.

Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Blueberry bagel w/cream cheese; orange juice smoothy. Made with orange juice and berry yogurt mixed together. She had made breakfast for me! Notice the creative "coasters" under the mugs (paper towels). It's hard to see, but she made little name cards for each of us, Mom's Place and Emily's Place, written in her version of cursive (which is actually pretty good! Michelles "Gonna Be Famous" Onion Rings. 1 Sweet onion, peeled and sliced thick. 1 1/2 cups flour. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4- 1/3 cup milk. Heat deep pan at medium-high with enough oil to put onion in til almost covered. (how much oil depends on thick you cut the onion). Combine flour, Johnny's, lemon pepper and garlic powder in medium bowl. set aside. Combine milk and eggs until well blended in medium bowl.

Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Life has it's ups and downs. I guess it was a good appointment, because we were able to get a number of issues addressed and we have an action plan for how to proceed. But we were hoping to avoid that class of medication for a while longer. And as far as medication goes, I have been told that we are doing amazing at keeping his doses and variety at the minimum effective dose. That's hard work! Isn't it funny how downs can also be ups?
