I had sworn off Craigslist for a long time but it's kind of like trying to quit smoking, you just keep coming back to it. I told myself I'd only look for free stuff but slowly wandered back to canoes and kayaks and it happened. There is a Pamlico for a cheap price and I got sucked in like a kid in a flooded drain storm! Sunday, April 7, 2013. Making Kayak Rack Carriers. What I decided on is simple to make with just a few hand tools. I had some foam on hand and junk wood so I all I needed to buy was adhesive.
