The band have a reputation for crazy live shows that have included vomiting, urination, nudity, band members kissing, electric R.C. car races, fireworks, a chicken, and flaming guitars; all inspired by the "punk-before-punk" Viennese Actionism movement in Austria. The Gr'ups were a rockabilly punk band from the east bay California formed by Jesse Luscious and Anna Joy, formerly of the band Blatz. The band has also consisted of Kamala, formerly of Kamala and the Karnivores, and Matt Freeman, formerly of Operation Ivy and Basic Radio. Buildings are the purtiest trees ive seen. Monday, 18 October 2010. Discount were a female fronted punk band formed in Vero Beach, Florida in early 1995, (a year in which most of its members were still in high school). The band began playing shows all over the state of Florida. They performed their last show in 2000 and members went on to play in The Kills, The Routineers and The Monikers. Friday, 30 July 2010. Drunken Boat (pdx) / Dan Padilla. Drunken Boat (pdx) are a gritty pop-punk band from Portland, Oregon. I have posted a few releases by this band already so you should check them out if you haven't already. Dan Padilla are a pop-punk band from San Diego, CA.
