The hotel clerk told us that because of the view, our room was his “favorite room in the whole hotel” (which sounded a bit like Mr Fish in Botswana telling us that whatever animal we just saw was his “favorite antelope”–see The Amazing Race. But when we woke up the next morning, this was the view from our window.
